1. Returns
Eligibility:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Custom or personalized orders
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@colest.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Colest is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
2. Refunds
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Items not in their original condition
- Items missing parts or accessories
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@colest.shop.
3. Exchanges
Exchange Policy:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@colest.shop. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
Reporting Defects or Damage:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@colest.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility:
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Labels:
In certain cases, we may provide a prepaid return label. If you use a prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. International Returns
Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. Colest is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
